Frequently asked questions

How long before my site is live?

Depending on how busy we are, a first design is often ready within a few days. The site itself is usually live within one week, counted from the moment we have your copy, photos and logo. A webshop or a site with many pages takes longer, and we say so before we start rather than halfway through.

What is the difference between the subscription and one-off?

With the subscription you pay nothing upfront and hosting, domain, maintenance and changes are included. With one-off you pay for the build in one go and arrange hosting yourself, with our help. Changes afterwards are billed hourly.

Can I edit text and images myself?

Yes, you can. If you prefer, we build an environment where you change copy and photos yourself, and post blogs or news items, without touching any code. With the subscription it is even easier: you simply send us your changes and wishes for the site, and we make them for free. No more invoices for changes.

Are hosting and maintenance included?

With the subscription, yes: domain, hosting, SSL certificate and maintenance are all included. With a one-off site we help you arrange hosting and the domain, but the contract runs in your name.

Do you also make sure I am found in Google?

Every site we build has an SEO-friendly foundation: fast pages, correct titles, a sitemap and structured data. That is the groundwork. Actively climbing for specific keywords is additional work that we discuss separately.
