Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible. Below is exactly what we do process, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
PlusDigital, based at Laakkade 183, 2521 XK Den Haag, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 94108668, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy.
If you have questions about your data, email info@plusdigital.nl. We reply within a month, usually far sooner.
What data we process
The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address and message. Your phone number is optional. We ask for nothing else and we use that data solely to answer your question.
If you become a client we additionally process the data needed to invoice and carry out the work, such as your company name, address and VAT number.
Why we process it
For answering your message the basis is your own request: you send us something and expect a reply. For client data the basis is performance of the contract and, for invoices, a legal obligation.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list without permission.
Processors and transfers
The contact form is handled by FormBold, which receives the message on our behalf and forwards it to our mailbox. Our email and hosting run with external suppliers acting solely on our instructions.
We do not pass your data to other parties unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising networks. That is why you see no cookie banner here: one is only needed when there is something to choose.
If we later enable analytics that do require consent, we will ask for it first and update this policy.
How long we keep data
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for at most two years, so we can find an earlier conversation. Administration and invoices are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to processing and request that your data be transferred.
Email info@plusdigital.nl to do so. If we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
The site runs entirely over a secure connection and we keep the underlying software current. If you notice something wrong or find a vulnerability, tell us and we will act on it.
